i am looking for a VIA KT333 Mainboard for my Voodoo5 6000 System.

The AG-Port must be in the 2nd row
333MHz Barton CPUs must work
good capacitors
should have onboard LAN

the P on AGP is for port so AG-Port is theoretical correct

a ATX Case have seven slots
some Mainboard have the AGP in the 1st one and some in the 2nd one
and i need one with the AGP in the 2nd

so i cant use the Epox boards

Buy a new case or are you looking for clearance from the ram slots ? Soyo Dragon looks like it might fit the bill.

I don't have one to confirm if a V6k would work on it but there seems to be one for sale on ebay.de

gigabyte Website says FSB 333 CPUs dont work :(

Substantially, you need a compatible mobo, based upon KT333 chipset, with 5 pci slot (+1 AGP of course) instead of 6 pci slot

I have an MSI KT3 ULtra Deluxe, but it doesn't match your goal.

The gigabyte posted by G1nX seems to be what are you looking for, but I don't know if is fully compatible with the v56k.

The right one for you seems to be the Soyo KT333 Dragon Ultra; only 5 PCI slot + 1 AGP slot and tested with Voodoo5 6000 8-)

On ebay I am pretty sure you will find something of these ;)
