Worst case, you will receive a 5500 by a listing error I have worked really hard to have 62 positive feedbacks 100%. If I made a mistake, I would do everything reasonable to correct the problem and maintain 100% positive.

yeah he did ship it... he just verified my adress. he checked if he have sent it to the right adress Roll Eyes

shipping fee was 4,50 GBP... so i doubt that it was insured or does have a tracking code...

i still asume that this card went to another owner who payed more than me Undecided

(even since i won the auction...)

so i am saying it again: lets hope and wait... and then negative feedback on ebay... and paypal buyer protection so i can get my money back if the card doesnt arrive...

What you need most is patience with the seller.

I've had many cases where they simply were a bit lazy sending it (and too embarassed to admit it).

Add to that, that (depending on service used) it can cause an additional week of delay if customs catched the Package.

I usually let a month pass, before I really start looking deeper into it.
So far, everything always arrived within that timeframe.

That is a good sign!! If he was going to burn you, he probably would hold back on the feedback to neg you after and if you neg him.

I was burned once, the more I complained, the more he threatened negative feedback. I waited 89 days 23 hours 59 minutes and 50 seconds after the auction closed then negged him. Man was he pi$$ed that it was too late for him to neg me back Tongue

Other than that, I have always left positive feedback. I lost over $300.00 USD. But was refunded $175.00 from ebay. Still, I took a loss Undecided

yup, same case that happened to me here,
mine was a genuine fraud case, and I did not receive full refund. Think i was close to almost 60% and thats it
"Paypal regrets this incident"
As much as the protection policy holds.
Its in condition with how much can paypal claim from the seller's existing account and back up funds.

In my case, I filed a fraud report against the guy, it was investigated, and I won the case. My refund was from ebay, $175.00 is the maximum amount.

It took a lot of my time but it was worth it. Not so much the money (which was nice) the the personal satisfaction that I won. Hopefully more people will take the time to persue these matters so that these dead-beats will get their ebay accounts shutdown.
