The pod contains S-Video In and Out, Composite Video In and Out as well as Audio In and Out. The small extender at the end where the connector to the card is the VGA-Out.

That's not a DVI-port, it's bigger and doesn't contain any digital data which a TFT could use so even if you had an adapter from this proprietary connector to DVI the screen wouldn't show anything.

You could get a digibox - then pass the output of that into the TV input of the Voodoo. Cheesy

It's cheating but it's a way to watch digital T.V. Wink

What about getting an HD TV tuner and pickup Free-To-Air HD signals?  Your monitor(s) support HD TV resolutions.

I haven't tried it yet, but I dd some research and in my area of the world, I can pickup about twelve channels for free in HD!  Smiley   Cool

Also, I have a Winfast PVR2000 TV Tuner.  I've used Winfast's FM software as well as BeyondTV and GB-PVR for listening to the radio.  Maybe there's some other freeware FM software out there also.  Google it up!   Cheesy

my apartment is like concrete bunker there are no terrestial signal at all it is because wrong side of the house. broadcasting antennatower is at east over 30km distance and my apartment is fully west side of the house and cant even get any reflection. I have cable tv and analog radio socket in my room but still I need DVB-C tuner (got DVB-T but cant find any channel) and only way to use v3500 fully  to try listen radio with it.
And what comes to HD. lol
not in years in Finland, Well Canal+ provide HD but Public broadcaster YLE are just testing some HD cable & terrestial broadcasting. we just take digital tv in full  use  and analog-tv were torn down. some people was pissed and refused pay TV license and didn't buy any digibox, this was generally known "digistrike". I expect same happens when HDtv become compulsory. altough HDready and fullHD TV have been sold for few years

edit: just found out that euro version  doesnt support FM radio  Angry Embarrassed

Heh, your place sounds like my apartment too.  All concrete and steel.  I too face the wrong way to get the proper reception needed.  I can barely get the one TV channel that is local in this town with analog antenna.  I know that I can get FM radio through the cable TV outlet if I were to use the cable company's TV service.  But I guess now that you're digital, you need the DVB-C tuner.   Undecided

Well, look on eBay for a deal on a tuner card that supports DVB-C.   Smiley

Chances are you will pickup more than that- I have been using a regular roof mounted antenna for years and just added a HD antenna.

I pickup over 30 channels with more coming online every week.

Besides being free the best thing is the signal is uncompressed, much better picture than the local cable.

Oh- And if you have one keep the analog antenna, I have mine hooked up to a switch box from Radio Shack. For some reason it picks up and displays channels the HD antenna will not.
