Q1. If I use the utility DumpBios from Stanto's Voodoo Bios's page to dump a MAC bios off a V5500 MAC DVI card. Then put a PC bios on the card, can I flash it back to from dumped Mac bios later?

Q2. What if I don't have a MAC computer? Can it still be flashed back?

A1: AFAIK the dump-tool only produces damaged mac-bios files...

A2: AFAIK you need a mac to flash a voodoomac...

It dumps a file that can not be used to flash a card?

It only dumps damaged bios to a file?

It means you need a Mac Utility to dump the Bios off the card, while being run in a Mac.

The PC Utility isn't compatible as to correctly dump a Mac Card BIOS.

Flashing the Card back from PC to Mac also only works in a Mac with the respective Mac Utility.

What does work (AFAIK), is taking a Mac Voodoo5 and flash it to PC Voodoo5 with the PC Utility. Without a Mac to flash it back (if desired), that's basically a one-way-ticket.

Correct- I have gone back and forth but even with a Mac it is a big pain in the arse.
