I have recently made a remake of what the 3dfx Voodoo 5 6000 would look like based on other Voodoo 5 products. I used a high gloss card stock. It's probably 99% accurate. It looks great! 

There is the usual 3dfx plastic card holder inside the box to help keep the box rigid.

technically yes, the box is big enough to hold my card.... barely.  But not all V5 6000's are as long as my card is.

Box inside diamensions: 37cm (l) x 7.5cm (d)x 24cm (h)
My V5 6000 diamensions: 34.5cm x 2cm x 13cm

For any V5 6000 box I make, I will have to sacrifice an original box.  It is unfortunate, but the original box fits perfectly.  Also, putting together pieces of cardboard to fit like an original box is way more difficult and tends to look sloppy, and is not as strong as an original box.
