Overclocking

He There are a lot of crazy modded Voodoo's out there.
I have seen wacked Voodoo3/4/5
But especially that Voodoo5 was never really overclocked ( only one chip and that didn't work).
Couldn't we know make a overclocking contest?
With several voodoo's offcourse with benchmarks
Final Reality, 3Dmark99/00/01, Quake1/2/3, Turok, and some other games/benches.
Offcourse you can't just say I clocked a Voodoo3 (3500) at 210mhz. You offcourse first need to loop a benchmark for an hour or so ( I always use this when I overclock ).
We could make several catagories, for each Voodoo one. Who wants to do this????? I can't wait

Well...the biggest issue there is that the CPU makes a lot more of a difference in benchmarks, especially with 3D Analyze emulating HW TnL, etc... With enough effort, the gains from a Voodoo OC can easily be be made up for with CPU optimizations.

Yup I know. But we have to crappity smack with Glide sources to implement CPU optimization. But I don't think that is about the score in the benchmark I normally use it as a test to see if my system runs stable. In this contest would be mainly about the overclocking just for reaching the limit.
