Ugh, I hate it when people say 'Item is very good condition' in the listing, only to find that one of the fan blades has come off. Major suckage. Also the stock heatsink has been changed for one with the plastic spring pins, and the top right hole has been extended towards the chip to accommodate the different size heatsink.

How easy is it to take the sticker off intact, and put it on an aavid fan?
