What's missing ? a DVD player perhaps (like you can see with the Diamond). Nice little card, mine was missing the Scart cable. The card will output NTSC if you use the 3dfx reference drivers.

I ended up with 2 Gigabyte Banshees if your are looking for one, most of the Banshee sites consider the Gigabyte board the best of the breed due to the ram and active cooling.

Yes, nice and interesting card because IMHO was not expected that the card outputs NTSC.

I thought it was a hardware issue till I started playing with drivers. Had no problem running my TV in the states with the UK Pace3d card with reference drivers. With the Pace drivers it only outputs PAL.
