A new 64MB-mod is done:

I've used the memory from a 3D-Prophet 4500.
That are 5ns Samung chips. look here: http://www.xbitlabs.com/articles/video/display/kyro2.html

I tested the card only on a p3 850 PC -> no performance increase with 3DMark2001SE ???

But it's possible to overclock the card up to 193MHz. Perhaps with better cooling more can be reached.

well I reckon he didn't because if he did use the 4800 AGP 64MB Bios why does the DirectX program see it as a 4500 AGP with 64MB instead of a 4800 AGP with 64MB like all other people have done?

- and you have to be patient

I've only changed the bit for "Number of Sgram/Sdram chipsets".

If you don't flash, only 32MB are shown.

Hell-yes! "The best of both worlds": more and faster RAM too. This should be the ideal combination, 64Mb 5ns memory per VSA100. I would love to see some pictures with the modded Voodoo4!
If tested with FSAA 2x the Voodoo4 with 64Mb RAM should show a important performance gain over the regular 32Mb one; that is anyway the clear result that I got with the Voodoo4 that I modded myself.
