I finally got the box in, and took some pictures of it. :)  8-)

If anyone would like some scans of the documentation, I'm probably going to do that somewhere next week.

The card does look like yours doesn't it? :)

The other pics weren't mine, they were taken by the guy who sent them to me. Maybe I should have just edited that thread, oh well.
