Hey guys,
the kyro2 I just bought turns out to have 5.0ns ram on it. Does any1 know what the default speeds are for this thing?? Gonna try and overclock it. |

afair the board is clocked with 175MHz.

I did some reading and it turns out that only the 1st so many KyroII cards had 5.0ns sdram, they later on switched to 5.5ns, as the chips runs in sync with the ram at 175Mhz.
And it seems they can't really get it past 190Mhz, so I'm up for the challenge. :) I'll be testing it on an Athlon T-bird 1.0Ghz @ 1.33Ghz, 384MB ram and 40GB ata100 disk and with windowsXP and 3DMark2001SE. |
