Anyone remember a couple of years ago when I posted that ATI had the X850 Pro's on sale for 145$ and then about two weeks later they were on sale again for 118$? I think Gary bought one maybe someone else as well.

Well, ATI and Nvidia had a lawsuit against them for price fixing anything that was purchased through their online stores. I got a letter in the mail about a year ago asking me to sign what ever. Being that I thought it was a pretty good deal for the cards at the time and the general complaint was for everything sold from whatever date to whatever date, I didn't sign it thinking that it really didn't count in my case.

Well, today I got a check for 496.40$ from the Graphics Processing Units Antitrust Litigation Settlement for the four cards I bought at the time. That deal I got for those four cards, just got even better.  :P

hmm that's odd. Wonder why I did then. We all pretty much purchased them around the same time frame. Maybe it was the amount of items bought then? No idea. I don't know what else this check would be from given the name of the settlement.
