This is silly putty if I'm not mistaking; that stuff with which you can make farting sounds.

It is a good product. Naturally, I do not suggest to use it for every cleaning task where you can easily get good results with classic methods like dust cloth or brush. For example, you can use it to easily clean interstices between the keys of laptop keyboard ;)... or you can use it in PCBs cleaning because it is difficult clean them with a paper cloth due electronic components and cleaning them with brush can generate electrostatic field (unless using antistatic brush).

Silly putty did not make farty sounds, it was putty that bounced when you threw it at the floor or wall. They even had a glow in the dark one.
