::) Oops. Forgot to mention that it says "(c) 2000 3DFX Interacttive. Inc" Below the barcode label.  And yes, interactive is printed with an extra t. =) Cheers. :)

It's a V-4500 AGP 32 meg card.

;D  Yep it works! Thanks for your help. The only thing pissing me off is that it has been lying in a shoebox in my cupboard for months, and I've been using that knacked voodoo2. Sheesh.  :-[
