I saw that over on VA, was wondering who in marketing let that one slip in... and why include the 3000 and not the "all in wonder" 3500?

I suspect someone was considering a V4 with 16MB of ram for the low end OEM's (think Bonesteel V3 with 8MB)

There certainly were enough 8 mb Velocitys sold, I don't think a VSA-100 with 16 mb of ram would have sold all that bad.

Unfortunately the seller used the card's box itself as shipping box. Had to remove a lot of tape and the box is thus no longer in optimal condition Though that's hardly noticable on a plain white box

Voodoo 3 1000 never where sold seperately... only in Compaq OEM Systems... you got a standard shipping box i guess...

the Voodoo 3 1000 also has 16MB, are you sure that this is not a Velocity 100?
